move on

Google maps is now covering France, so I get the idea to recreate my history on a map.

I am born in Reims the well know capital of champagne. I didn’t put a very accurate point because I don’t know the exact point I come to life : a hospital, where I endure tests to check if I wasn’t stupid… At that time my parents lived in Landouzy La Ville an unsignifiant village in the north of the country where I spent my little childhood. In fact, it wasn’t the north : we moved to Boulogne sur Mer, the city from where Napoleon attempted to invade england. I find the exact place, unfortunately there was a cloud when they took the picture… I left that town to the south in my early adolescence. We reach Chabeuil, a 5000 inhabitant town which for there is nothing else to said that it is a beautiful place. I began my studies (mathematics) in the nearby big town before to move to Saint Etienne where I studied computing science at ISTASE. For my last (but not least) year of study, I choose to go to Aberdeen, European capital of petroleum, to enjoy the lectures from Aberdeen University. I also enjoy whisky but it is another story… I cross the channel back and join my parents in Villeurbanne, a very hight density town in Lyon’s suburbs. After 6 month of unemployment I fled that inhuman town to my actual home : Montpellier.

So what did I keep of all that? I actually miss the landscape of Chabeuil (Montpellier begin to burn under the sun), the friends of Aberdeen and Saint Etienne (I am so much alone here), the mountains of Saint Etienne (the landscape is flat, perfect for bike ?), the soft weather of Aberdeen (here it is to hot or to much windy or to much rainy)… what else?
